FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Etimologio live for AADE production?
Not yet for real production documents. The technical integration is being prepared; production submission starts only after credentials, testing and approval.
Can I use my existing myDATA credentials?
In principle, yes. Access must be stored server-side as a secret and reviewed first.
What do I buy with Starter access?
The first Early Access month plus a setup ticket. V-Labs reviews company details, document types and starting scope with you.
Is this a download or a web app?
Etimologio is planned as a web app. iOS and Android follow later; the shop purchase activates access and setup, not an unsafe direct download.
