SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS
These terms apply to digital software licenses purchased through the VLABS Shop and delivered through the named product platform.
1. Supplier and product
The contracting supplier is identified in the legal notice. Product name, price, platform, license tier and delivery scope are defined by the shop card and linked product page at the time of purchase.
2. Lifetime license
Lifetime means a perpetual right to use the purchased tier for the supported product version and stated platforms. It does not promise unlimited future development, support for new operating systems, third-party services or permanently free additions.
3. Delivery and activation
After confirmed payment, activation is sent to the email entered in Stripe Checkout. The customer must provide a reachable address and keep the activation code confidential. Device and activation limits are stated on the product page.
4. Immediate digital supply
Where expressly requested, digital supply begins immediately after payment. Consumers separately acknowledge that beginning supply during the withdrawal period may cause the loss of the withdrawal right. Statutory rights for defective or non-conforming supply remain unaffected.
5. Updates and availability
Security and feature updates are provided according to product status and technical feasibility. External platforms, app stores, operating systems and network services may affect availability or compatibility.
6. Permitted use
The license may only be used within its described scope and device allowance. Selling, publishing or sharing activation codes and bypassing technical access controls are prohibited.
7. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds, statutory conformity rights and withdrawal are assessed under mandatory consumer law and delivery status. A fully refunded license may be revoked. Partial refunds and disputes require manual review.
8. Privacy
Only data required for payment, receipts, activation delivery, fraud prevention and legal retention is processed. Details are available in the privacy policy.
9. Governing law
Greek law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection granted by the law of the consumer's habitual residence.
