HOSTING TERMS AND WEBSITE SERVICE CONDITIONS

These terms govern website creation, hosting, technical care and optional AI management by V-Labs IT Solutions & Development, trading as Vendetta Labs.

1. Provider and scope

The provider is V-Labs IT Solutions & Development, Kalamata, Greece, trading as Vendetta Labs. These terms apply to hosting, website, care and optional AI management services. Deviating terms apply only if confirmed in writing through the ticket system.

2. Subject matter

Vendetta Labs creates, hosts and maintains websites or small shops on servers controlled by Vendetta Labs. The concrete scope follows the offer, ticket and paid Stripe link. No economic success, search ranking or revenue increase is guaranteed.

3. Domains and email

Domains are not included in hosting prices. Domain pricing varies by TLD, registry, registrar, term and availability and is requested separately. Email service is not included in the simple business-card package.

4. Term, termination and payment

Hosting is a recurring service. Unless agreed otherwise, the contract is terminable monthly with 30 days notice. Setup fees are due before project start; hosting fees are due in advance.

5. Late payment, suspension and deletion

In case of late payment, Vendetta Labs may send reminders and withhold open services. After the third unpaid month the website may be taken offline. After a further 30-day period and final notice, hosted data may be deleted unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

6. Media policy

Vendetta Labs does not provide images, videos, logos, fonts or other media in the base price. The customer supplies media or links to lawfully licensed sources. The customer guarantees the necessary usage rights and indemnifies Vendetta Labs from third-party claims relating to customer material.

7. Media links and technical validation

Media URL validation checks only technical reachability, content type and size. It is not a licence review or legal approval. Vendetta Labs does not copy third-party images or videos without clear authorisation and explicit customer instruction.

8. Customer content and legality

The customer is solely responsible for texts, images, prices, product information, imprint obligations, privacy texts, tax information and other content. Vendetta Labs may refuse or remove illegal, misleading, security-risk or abusive content.

9. Data protection and processing

Personal data is processed under GDPR. Hosting is generally performed on EU infrastructure. Where Vendetta Labs processes personal data on behalf of the customer, processor obligations and documented instructions apply.

10. AI management

Optional AI management uses prepaid tokens. AI outputs are proposals. The customer remains responsible for final approval, accuracy, prices, legal statements, media rights and publication. Every AI action may be logged.

11. Availability, maintenance and backups

Hosting is provided on a best-effort basis with professional care. Maintenance, provider incidents, network outages, attacks or force majeure may cause interruptions. Backups and restoration are owed only to the agreed extent.

12. Withdrawal and digital services

For digital services and service performance, withdrawal rights under EU consumer law may be excluded or lost where the customer expressly consents to performance before expiry of the withdrawal period and acknowledges the possible loss of the right. Application depends on customer type and service start.

13. Liability

Vendetta Labs is liable only to the extent required by mandatory law. Liability for indirect damages, lost profit, ranking loss, claims relating to customer material, third-party outages or non-agreed backups is excluded to the extent permitted.

14. Proof of acceptance

Acceptance of these terms is logged in the ticket system with ticket ID, version, timestamp, IP address, user agent and hash of the terms text. A contract confirmation is made available for download in the ticket.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

Greek law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, Kalamata, Greece.
