TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Definitions
"Best-Effort" means we apply professional skill but cannot guarantee resolution. "Remote Session" means encrypted terminal access with explicit customer approval. "Credits" are prepaid service units, non-transferable and non-refundable.
2. Communication
All communication between customer and Vendetta Labs takes place exclusively through the ticket portal. Email, phone, or other communication channels are not offered.
3. Scope of Service
Online support is available for private customers and businesses. On-site service is offered exclusively for business customers.
4. No Success Guarantee
Vendetta Labs does not guarantee successful resolution of any issue. Remote support is provided strictly on a best-effort basis. Hardware defects, virus damage, user error, or other circumstances may make a fix impossible. "Success" is defined as the delivery of a professional best-effort service.
5. Liability Exclusion
Vendetta Labs assumes no liability for: (a) data loss during or as a result of remote sessions; (b) pre-existing hardware or software damage — the customer confirms that the system was already defective or damage existed before support; (c) downtime during scheduled maintenance; (d) damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, network failures, government orders). Vendetta Labs shall in no event be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.
6. Discount on Failure
If a problem cannot be resolved, the customer receives a 50% discount code for a future, different issue.
7. VLC Remote Sessions
During VLC remote sessions, the customer must confirm each system action individually. No changes are made to the system without confirmation.
8. Session Logging
All remote sessions are logged. Logged data includes: tasks performed, communication, and timestamps. NO customer files, personal data, or screen content is stored.
9. Credits
Purchased credits are non-refundable and are billed at the rates in effect at the time of purchase. Credits are non-transferable.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. See our privacy policy for details.
11. Audio & Screen Sharing
Audio and screen sharing are optional features during remote sessions. Video camera is not supported and not requested.
12. Force Majeure
Vendetta Labs is released from performance obligations to the extent that non-performance is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Vendetta Labs, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, power outages, internet failures, or government orders.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Greek law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Kalamata, Greece.
